Samosa Shortage Leads to Fight at PM Modi’s UP Event

Lucknow: In an event attended by Prime Minister Modi, some people fought for samosas. This incident took place in Uttar Pradesh. A grand event was organized in Lucknow on the occasion of the 101st birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Vajpayee. A national memorial was unveiled. Before Prime Minister Modi’s speech, samosas were distributed as part of the snacks there. However, while Modi was speaking, some BJP fans fought for samosas.
An argument broke out when those sitting on the chairs did not get samosas. This led to some people fighting. The fight was caught on video. Even as Prime Minister Modi’s speech continued, the party workers kept kicking for samosas. They threw punches while falling on the chairs. After some time, the samosa fight was stopped.
The video, which went viral, is receiving criticism online. Some netizens commented saying, “One Nation, One Samosa.” Some said that samosa is more important than politics. Some even commented that samosa is brotherhood. There are allegations that some people even stole the decorative flower pots set up in the city after Prime Minister Modi’s program.
