Sanvaliya Seth’s Bhandara opened after Janmashtami
Jaipur. The temple of Lord Shri Sanwaliya Seth situated in the famous Krishnadham Sanwaliyaji situated in Chittorgarh district is once again in the news. This time when Bhandara has been opened in the temple after Janmashtami, after several hours of counting, the final count has now come out. Within a few days, the devotees of Saawariya filled the treasury. An amount of more than Rs 7 crore 48 lakh has been withdrawn from the store opened after Janmashtami. Apart from this, assessment of several kilos of gold and silver is still pending. The amount of Bhandara is estimated to be around Rs 10 crore. All this amount has been deposited in the trust accounts as per rules.
The temple board member said that the gifts and offerings kept in the meeting room of the temple board have not been counted yet. They will be counted soon. Gifts of gold and silver, gifts and foreign currency have also reached there. The counting of the gifts found in the store room is still pending. In the temple of Sanwaliya Seth, counting is done every month as per the rules and then the offerings are deposited in the accounts.
With this gift, apart from carrying out development work in the temple, many development works are also carried out across the state. In the last three-four years, crores of rupees have been given by the Temple Trust for public welfare works. The calculation has been done twice this week. During the counting of votes, Sanwaliyaji Mandir Mandal President Bhairulal Gurjar, Ashok Kumar Sharma, Bhairulal Soni and other officials, administrative officers and people were present. This entire calculation has been done under the surveillance of CCTV cameras.
