School built by occupying government land, accused sent to jail
Kabirdham. In the district, the matter of construction of school by occupying government land has come to the fore. In this case, 6 accused including Pandatrai Nagar Panchayat president have been sent to jail by the Pandariya court while hearing. FIR has been registered against a total of 9 people in the forgery case.
According to the information, private Divine Public School is operated in Pandatarai Nagar Panchayat. Where there was an allegation of running the school by grabbing the land in a fake way. On the other hand, the local people of Pandatarai had filed a case in the Pandariya court. In which the Pandariya First Class Judge has rejected the bail against 9 people in the land forgery case. In which Nagar Panchayat President Firoz Khan, Noori Khan, Councilor Bhishan Tiwari, Binod Gupta, Bhisham Gupta, Radheshyam Koshale have been sent to jail.
