School children repeated bravery story even on holidays
Raigarh. In a new chapter in the tradition of salutation and tribute, as per the call of Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the instructions of the Higher Education Department, in the winter vacation session, on Tuesday, 26th December 2023, at Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh Government College, Jobi-Barra, a celebration filled with patriotism was held. One day online webinar was organized. In which on the theme of Veer Bal Diwas, tribute was paid to the sons of Guru Gobind Singh.
A large number of students participated virtually through Google Meet in this webinar organized under the direction of college officer in-charge Surendra Pal Darshan. Especially the chief guest, the well-known social worker and politician of the district Gurpal Bhalla was the center of attraction, he introduced those stories of the true story of sacrifice of the Sikhs about which the students were till now unaware. After welcoming the guests by Shri Darshan, it started with the bravery introduction of Guru Gobind Singh and his sons Baba Zorawar and Baba Fateh Singh. Thereafter, Bhalla patted the backs of the children and expressed happiness over this exercise. He threw light on the unheard aspects of bravery in a very accessible and simple manner. He refreshed the inspiring memories of Tondarmal’s selfless cooperation in response to the demand of gold coins made by the enemies, before the last rites of Guru Gobind Singh’s four sons sacrificed their lives for the protection of truth, justice and religion after their martyrdom. Did. Told how those families gladly accepted the unbearable torture for three consecutive days and how at a young age they became the only example for mankind. In the end, Bhalla along with the children raised slogans of Jai Bharat, Jai Chhattisgarh and appealed to become respectable citizens of India by following the path of goodness.
In ascending order, Assistant Professor Vasudev Prasad Patel, while talking about the two Sikh brothers, said that before their martyrdom, they were not even the slightest bit afraid, rather they had courageous conversations like the younger brother coming into the world later and attaining martyrdom first.
