Section 144 implemented in the district

Nuh : District Magistrate Dhirendra Khadgata passed an order under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, in view of the Haryana Teacher Eligibility Test to be conducted by the Haryana School Education Board on 2nd and 3rd December in the morning and evening sessions in District Nuh, in 200 examination centers. The District Magistrate has made it clear in the orders. A request was made by the Education Board Secretary to maintain law and order around the examination centres.Under which, by passing orders under Section 144, this order has been issued to avoid any kind of obstruction and unnecessary interference near the examination centres. He told that in Nuh district, Mewat Engineering College village Palla, Hindu Vidya Niketan Pandit Mohalla, Yasin Meo Degree College, Government Bahutkini village Malab, DAV Police Public School Police Line Nuh, Government Model Sanskriti Senior Secondary School Nalhar are the examination centers for HTET exam. Have been created. This order will not apply to the employees and officers on duty. Legal action will be taken if orders are violated.
