Seven year old child fulfills his wish of becoming a police
Hyderabad: Banjara Hills Police, with the help of Make A Wish Foundation, fulfilled the wish of a seven-year-old boy suffering from a terminal illness to become a policeman. Mohan Sai, a Class 4 student from Guntur district of Andhra Pradesh, has been undergoing cancer treatment at the Institute of Investigation and Hospital of Cancer Indo American Basavatarakam in Banjara Hills since last year. The child had expressed his desire to become a policeman to the volunteers of “Make a Wish India” Foundation. ONG coordinated with the Banjara Hills police to fulfill the child’s wish. On Friday, Banjara Hills Police made such arrangements that the child would become an inspector for a day. The commissary staff called the child and made him sit on the seat as if he was a policeman. Banjara Hills Inspector Detective Zakir Hussain welcomed Mohan Sai in police style and also received his greetings. Mohan received more clarification about the procedure of working in the Commissionerate and the formalities of the police personnel. When Mohan Sai’s ambition became a reality, his eyes filled with joy. His parents appreciated the move, police, hospital authorities and ONG.
