Shooter arrested when he reached jail to meet his friend, case related to murder of history sheeter

Bilaspur. In the famous case of history-sheeter Sanju Tripathi murder case, the police arrested the 22nd accused, Mohammad Danish of Varanasi, when he had reached Katghora jail to meet the mastermind of the murder case, Kapil Tripathi. The accused has been sent to jail on judicial remand.

Police have now arrested two shooters in this case. Two more accused who opened fire are still absconding. Accused Kapil Tripathi has been shifted from Bilaspur to Katghora sub-jail. The police were constantly keeping an eye on those coming to meet him. On Friday it was learned that a shooter was coming from Banditola, Varanasi to meet him. As soon as he reached the jail, the plainclothes police keeping watch took him into custody.

Accused Mohd. Police have seized an iPhone and one thousand rupees from Danish (30 years). It has been informed that he had reached here to collect his dues from Kapil Tripathi. He is also a surveillance crook in Varanasi. He has been sentenced to 10 years imprisonment in another murder case.
It is known that the conspiracy to murder Sanju Tripathi was hatched by his younger brother Kapil Tripathi. Some other family members including father Jai Narayan Tripathi were also involved in this. Sanju Tripathi was killed by indiscriminate firing when he was coming towards home from Sakri Bypass in his car.
