Raipur. Today, the water works department of Raipur Municipal Corporation has got the silt cleaning work done in the 3500 kilolitre capacity overhead tank of Khamtarai. After the regular water supply in the morning in the Khamtarai overhead tank, along with silt cleaning, chemical treatment, cleaning of all the chambers and painting work was done.
For this work, the agency Satguru has been contracted by the Municipal Corporation Water Works Department for silt cleaning of the overhead tank. The silt cleaning work in the Khamtarai overhead tank was started today at 9 am through the contracted agency and was completed by 2 pm.
