Smugglers had set out to transport ganja by bus, police reached the spot and caught them

Jagdalpur: Police have arrested three accused who were transporting ganja in Bastar district. 45.710 kg ganja worth Rs 4,57,100 (Rs) has been seized from the accused. At present the police is taking further action.

Police received information that near Dhanpunji Mandi Naka of Bastar, three people were waiting for a bus to transport them with ganja in their bags. After this, the police reached the spot and caught the three accused, Rohit Kumar (21 years), resident of Jharkhand and Mukesh Gupta (24 years), Pappu Prasad Gupta (22 years), resident of Odisha. Police seized 45.710 kg of ganja and three mobile phones from them. At present the police is busy preparing to present him in the court.
