CHENNAI: Court grants interim bail to Ashwathman till Monday

Chennai: The Chennai Chief District Sessions Court has granted interim bail to Nagendran’s son, Ashwathman, until next Monday. Ashwathman had filed a bail application to attend the funeral of gangster Nagendran, who died on Thursday morning. The court order states that two individuals must provide sureties for Ashwathman’s release.
