Sorry mom and dad, student commits suicide by writing suicide note, sensation spread in hostel

Durg. A student doing ITI from Rungta College in Bhilai of the district hanged himself in his hostel room. A suicide note has also been found from the student. Jamul police has given information and called the family members. Police have sent the body to Lal Bahadur Shastri Hospital, Supela for post-mortem.
Nikhil Verma (19 years), resident of Dodki village under Litiya Chowki area of Durg district, committed suicide by hanging himself on Friday evening. Nikhil’s father Santosh Verma told Bhaskar that he has two sons and a daughter. The eldest daughter is Seb and the middle one is Nikhil and then there is a younger son Shahil Verma. Nikhil was studying first year ITI from Rungta College, Bhilai.

Nikhil has also left a suicide note before dying. He wrote in a note book, “Sorry mom and dad, you guys are suffering because of me. Sorry” Whereas Nikhil’s father said that neither he had given Nikhil nor he had any fight with anyone in the house. He has refused to have any information as to why he took such a big step.
