Sri Mandir Management Committee meeting

Puri: In the Srimandir Managing Committee meeting, ASI has been given permission to conduct laser scanning of the gem repository in Puri, said Ranjan Das, chief administrator of SJTA. The Managing Committee has approved the inauguration of the Shrimandir Parikrama Project on January 17. During the inauguration of the Shrimandir Parikrama Project, Vedas will be recited at the four doors of the temple and Yagya will be conducted in the Ishan Kon (North-East direction).

Sebayat Awas Yojana and Adarsh Gurukul were discussed in the committee meeting. They have also decided to repair the Ratna palanquin of the Lord and the Rahu Rekha. Donation boxes will also be installed at all four doors of Lord Jagannath temple.

The report presented by the Policy Sub-Committee has been approved in the Managing Committee meeting.
