State Consumer Commission starts new initiative for complainants

Raipur. To save time and money of consumers in Chhattisgarh, the State Consumer Commission has started a new initiative. Justice Gautam Chouradia told that you can fight your case sitting at home. Hearing will be held through e-hearing from Monday.

Consumers coming from far away places will save time and money. Cases will be resolved in minimum 90 days. The solution will be given in maximum five months. Our main goal is to end the pending cases.

Justice Gautam Chouradia further said that a total of 795 cases have come to the Chhattisgarh State Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, Raipur. Out of which 604 cases have been resolved. 191 cases are yet to be resolved.
