It would be better if you make barfi easily at home instead of bringing adulterated sweets with you. So know how you can make milk barfi with just a few ingredients.
Material
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
11/5 cups milk powder
2 spoons ghee
Method
Make syrup by mixing 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 cup water on high flame. When the syrup is ready, reduce the flame. – Now add 11/5 cup milk powder to it. Keep stirring it continuously. Mix the entire mixture well. Let the mixture thicken a little. – Now add 2 spoons of ghee in it. – Keep stirring the mixture in the pan until it starts separating. – Now take a tray and place butter paper in it and grease it. You can also grease the tray and use it without butter paper. Stir until the mixture thickens slightly, about 2 minutes. – Now turn off the gas and keep stirring it. So that the mixture cools down. – Spread it in a plate as thick as you want. Now keep it at room temperature for 10 minutes and then keep it in the refrigerator and let it set. After half an hour, take it out and cover it with foil. If you want, you can also sprinkle dry fruits on top. – Now cut it into desired shapes. Your milk barfi is ready.
