Stopped from drinking alcohol, murder of real brothers

Jaunpur: A sensational incident was carried out in Jaunpur for refusing to drink alcohol. Real brothers were murdered. The news of double murder created a stir. The incident took place at a fast food shop in Khetasarai. The elders who came to the wedding procession stabbed the real brothers to death. Police is busy searching for the accused. At present there has been no success. As soon as information about the matter was received, the local police as well as top officials reached the spot. Police teams also reached the house where the procession had come. Many people were interrogated. Police is busy identifying the accused.

It is said that Ajay Prajapati (22), resident of Babhnauti Mohalla, used to run a fast food shop near Durga Temple on Khuthan Road. On Tuesday night, at around quarter to nine, some youths who had come for a marriage procession nearby, came and sat in his shop. After this they started drinking alcohol. When Ajay refused, they got into an argument. Meanwhile, the youth attacked Ajay with a knife. Hearing the noise, Ajay’s younger brother Ankit (18), who was present there, arrived to intervene.

The youth also injured him by stabbing him. The accused fled after committing the incident. Here, nearby people took Ajay and Ankit to the district hospital, where doctors declared both of them dead. In-charge SO Khetasarai Manhagu Ram Yadav said that two boys have died in knife attack. The people involved in the procession are being interrogated. The accused will be arrested soon.
