Strict action will be taken against those who adulterate milk

In fact, cases of milk adulteration were continuously coming to light in Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh. After which Nagarik Consumer Margdarshak Manch had filed a petition. Manch’s Dr PG Najpande filed a petition in the High Court in 2017. In which it was talked about playing with the lives of people by adulterating milk in entire Madhya Pradesh including Jabalpur.

The government presented details of the actions taken in the last 5 years in the court. Information was given by the government that action has been taken against 200 people in the last 3 years. An undertaking has also been given that such action will be taken in future also. No culprit will be spared. Taking this affidavit on record, the High Court dismissed the petition.
