Suicide case, NOC of this school may be canceled

Ambikapur. Recently, in the case of suicide of a brilliant student of class 6 due to the harassment of the teacher in Ambikapur’s Carmel School, the police took action and arrested the accused teacher, while now the administration has also issued all the NOCs for the operation of Carmel School. A notice has been issued warning of cancellation.

Taking this matter seriously, Collector Vilas Bhaskar Sandipan said that if a satisfactory response is not received from the school management within 3 days, then all the NOCs for the operation of the school will be cancelled.

Let us tell you that after being fed up of the harassment by the teacher Sister Mercy of Carmel School, Ambikapur, Archisa, a class six student, had committed suicide and in her suicide note had accused the teacher of harassment. While different organizations had opened a front against the school regarding this, the police has arrested the accused teacher Sister Mercy. Meanwhile, the administration has also issued a notice to the school management seeking a reply within three days and if the school management does not respond satisfactorily, then action can be taken regarding its operation.
