Suspension action on Tehsildar in-charge, departmental inquiry conducted

Jagdalpur. On the basis of the recommendation proposal of Collector District Sukma by Commissioner Bastar Division Shyam Dhavde and the investigation report presented by Sub-Divisional Officer Revenue Konta District Sukma, in-charge Tehsildar Dornapal (Assistant Superintendent Land Records) has been suspended. The name of suspended in-charge Tehsildar is Ajay Kumar Meravi.

This action has been taken against the Tehsildar in the case of earning profit by misusing his position. Has been suspended under Chhattisgarh Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules 1966. A departmental inquiry has also been proposed against suspended in-charge Tehsildar Dornapal (Assistant Superintendent of Land Records) District Sukma Ajay Kumar Meravi for the said act.

During the suspension period, the headquarters of suspended in-charge Tehsildar Dornapal (Assistant Superintendent Land Records) District Sukma Ajay Kumar Meravi has been fixed at the office of Collector, District Sukma. During the suspension period, he will be eligible for living allowance as per rules. This order will be immediately effective.
