Union Home Minister Amit Shah interacted with force commanders and commandos

Raipur. During his stay in Chhattisgarh, Union Home Minister Amit Shah held a special meeting with the force commanders and commandos engaged in the anti-Naxal operation. In this conversation, he took detailed information about the operational strategy, ground challenges and the needs of the security forces and praised their bravery and dedication.

Shah boosted the morale of the brave soldiers

Amit Shah said that the role of the security forces in the ongoing fight against Naxalism in Chhattisgarh is incomparable and historic. He told the soldiers that the Government of India and the whole country salute their courage and dedication.

Discussion on modern resources and strategy

During the meeting, the Home Minister reiterated the efforts of the Central Government to equip the force with modern equipment, high-tech resources and training. He took direct feedback from the commanders present in the field and said that policy-making will be strengthened on the basis of ground experience. Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai was also present on this occasion and he said that the Chhattisgarh government is working towards making the state Naxal-free by coordinating with the Center.
