As long as the DMK government has the support of women, no one can topple it: CM Stalin

Tamil Nadu: Chief Minister M.K. Stalin stated that as long as the women stand by the DMK, no one can topple the government.
The Minority Welfare Wing of the DMK organized a Ramadan Iftar gathering in Chennai on Sunday. Chief Minister M.K. Stalin participated in the event and remarked: “The bond between the DMK and the Muslim community dates back to the very inception of this party. Former Chief Minister Karunanidhi initiated numerous welfare schemes for Muslims. Following in his footsteps, this government is currently implementing countless schemes for the benefit of minorities. The greatest strength of the DMK government lies in its women. We are implementing various welfare schemes with the specific aim of ensuring the well-being of women. When I delivered a speech at the Jamaat conference last January, it was the Muslim women who welcomed it with the loudest applause.”
“When women stand with us, no one can bring us down. In particular, when our Muslim sisters stand by our side, our strength multiplies manifold.”
“Here, all minority movements have united on a single platform. This unity is vital for Tamil Nadu—and, indeed, for the entire nation of India.”
“However, the situation in BJP-ruled states presents a stark contrast. There, not only are Muslims unable to celebrate their festivals in peace, but Christians, too, are unable to celebrate Christmas without fear. They are engaging in indiscriminate attacks, sparing neither children nor persons with disabilities.”
“Did the Leader of the Opposition, Edappadi K. Palaniswami, offer a single comment regarding the violence being perpetrated against minorities across the country?”
“By joining hands with the AIADMK, he has effectively mortgaged his conscience to the BJP. How can the AIADMK—a party now allied with the BJP—possibly safeguard the rights and security of minorities? Those who flee and go into hiding whenever the Muslim community faces adversity must understand one fundamental truth: whether in opposition or now in power, it is always the DMK that stands at the forefront, raising its voice to defend the rights of Muslims. We remain steadfast in our commitment, constantly engaging in the struggle on the ground.” “That is why members of the minority community are also supporting the DMK,” said Chief Minister M.K. Stalin.
Minister for Minority Affairs S.M. Nasar, Lok Sabha members Dr. Veerasamy and Dayanidhi Maran, Indian Union Muslim League leader Khader Mohideen, MLA Alur Shanavas, and former Chairman of the State Minorities Commission Peter Alphonse participated in this event.
