Professor Misconduct: Declares love to student in class

A 50-year-old professor who was supposed to teach students academics misbehaved. He was going to teach a 19-year-old student love lessons. He told the student ‘I Love You’ in front of everyone in the classroom. The student expressed her anger. She took off her shoe and smashed the professor’s cheek. Fellow students also attacked the professor in support of the student. This recent incident in Karnataka came to light late.

According to the police, 50-year-old Abdul Mohammed from Bengaluru works as a professor at the Siddhartha Institute of Medical Sciences in Nelamangala. While teaching a class, the professor spoke to a 19-year-old student. He expressed his love for the student. He told her ‘I love you’ in front of everyone in the classroom. The student objected to this. However, the professor did not stop there.

He called a member of the college staff and asked him to distribute chocolates to everyone in the class. However, the students refused to take those chocolates. However, the students did not take those chocolates. They expressed their anger at the professor. The professor, who was angry, went to the student angrily. ‘You said you loved me, didn’t you..?’ he protested. ‘She told me I love you. Now she has changed her mind,’ he told her fellow students.

The professor said that he had evidence that she had told him I love you and that he would prove it based on the CCTV footage. With that, all the fellow students, including the victim, demanded that the professor show the CCTV footage. The professor tried to escape by saying, “Let’s leave this fight at that.” When the professor changed his mind, all the students attacked him. The victim student took off her shoe and smashed his cheek. Later, she filed a complaint with the police.
