Punjab: Farmer leader Jagjit Singh Dallewal discharged from hospital

Punjab: Farmer leader Jagjit Singh Dallewal was discharged from a private hospital in Barnala on Thursday, where he was admitted after complaining of stomach pain during the Kisan Mahapanchayat on April 7. Jagjit Singh, block president of Bharti Kisan Union (Ekta-Siddhupur), said doctors discharged Dallewal from the hospital after his condition improved. He said after being discharged from the hospital, Dallewal left for Amritsar to participate in the Kisan Mahapanchayat. The farmer leader said doctors have advised Dallewal to take rest in the coming days.
