The Mayor said that on the day of Holi, people put color-gulal on pets like cows, dogs, cats, etc., while in reality it is not right to do so, because pets face extreme discomfort due to this. Therefore, citizens should take care of this and should not put color-gulal etc. on them, so that no animal faces any kind of discomfort on the day of the festival.
