Muzaffarnagar: Some people shaved the head of a 23-year-old youth on suspicion of theft in Budhana area of Muzaffarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh. This incident happened in Jaunla village. A man and his associates caught the young man and accused him of theft.
Police said they caught the youth and shaved his head. The video of this incident was posted on the internet. Fugana CO Yatendra Singh said that the matter is being investigated.
The matter came to light after the video of the incident went viral on social media. After examining the video, the police have arrested two accused Rashid and Wasim.
