Tata Punch EV will be unveiled today
The all-new Tata Punch EV is set to be unveiled today. In dozens of spy shots that have surfaced online, we can also see a revised grille, a full-length LED light bar, and new LED headlights.
Previous speculations tell us that the Tata Punch EV will also include a comparatively larger touchscreen infotainment system and a two-spoke steering wheel. Interestingly, the Tata logo on the steering wheel will be illuminated.
Other expected features in the Punch EV also include a 360-degree camera, electronic parking brake and a digital driver display. In a noteworthy mention, the model may come with six airbags.
Other attractive features of the Punch EV include an automatic climate control, a sunroof, wireless phone charger and cruise control. Apart from this, it will also be equipped with push button start and key entry with electronic stability.
The price of the upcoming model is likely to start around Rs 12 lakh (ex-showroom). It will be a direct competitor to the Citroen eC3.
Notably, the Punch EV is the fourth electric model from Tata after the EV models of Tiago, Tigor and Nexon. Also, the construction of this model is probably inspired by the 2023 Nexon facelift.
