TDP, Jana Sena to announce joint manifesto on Nov 1: Nara Lokesh
Rajamahendravaram: Telugu Desam Party (TDP) general secretary Nara Lokesh on Monday said the TDP and Jana Sena will announce a joint manifesto on November 1 and launch the campaign for the next assembly elections.
He announced this after the first Joint Action Committee meeting between the two parties at Rajamahendravaram in East Godavari district.
Lokesh said, “A joint manifesto will be announced on November 1.” He said that leaders of both the parties will campaign from door to door. He said that TDP and Jana Sena leaders took three resolutions in the meeting, including protest against the alleged illegal arrest of TDP supremo N Chandrababu Naidu. He said, “The three resolutions passed in the meeting are one to strongly condemn the illegal arrest of Chandrababu Naidu, second to save the people from this evil regime and finally to fight unitedly for the progress of the state.”
The TDP leader expressed confidence that the alliance of TDP and Jana Sena will come to power in the next assembly elections. Expressing confidence that the TDP-Janasena alliance will definitely form the next government as the alliance will win the upcoming assembly elections, TDP national general secretary Nara Lokesh said there will not be any conflict between the two parties.
Whatever problems are there at the ground level, both the parties will resolve them amicably. “I am confident that there will be no issues of any kind between TDP and Jana Sena and both the parties will work in close coordination to bring the alliance to power,” Lokesh said.
However, Lokesh said that the strategy and action plan to move forward will be discussed in the next meeting of TDP and Jana Sena. He said that holding the meeting on an auspicious day like Vijayadashami spreads strong positive waves in the state and it will definitely do some favor to the state.
“Pawan Kalyan had given unconditional support to TDP in the 2014 elections because the newly formed Andhra Pradesh was in dire need of an efficient leader,” Lokesh said.
