Teacher returning from market becomes victim of chain snatching, miscreants steal gold chain
Durg. A woman became a victim of chain snatching in Civic Center Market under Bhilai Nagar police station. Two youths riding a bike came and snatched the chain from the woman’s neck and ran away. Bhilai Nagar Police is busy searching for the accused. Bhilai Nagar police station in-charge Rajkumar Lahare said that Vinva Sahu (43) has filed a complaint of chain snatching. Vinva told that she lives in Kerala village of Ranitarai Patan. Working as a lecturer in Government Girls Higher Secondary School, Ranitarai. On April 20, she had come to Bhilai with her husband and children for marketing.
