Tears came out of the eyes of MP Locket Chatterjee, see VIDEO…

New Delhi. Strongly condemning the incident in which two tribal women were stripped naked and paraded by a mob in Manipur, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) West Bengal unit president Sukanta Majumdar on Friday claimed that similar incidents had happened to two women in his state as well. has been abused. Addressing a press conference along with Majumdar at the party headquarters, party MP Locket Chatterjee broke down while mentioning the incident in West Bengal. Mazumdar said that the only difference between the two incidents is that the video of the two incidents which happened in West Bengal like Manipur is not available. Majumdar said, “The incident that happened in Manipur is very sad, we strongly condemn it, such incident should not happen anywhere. But in Bengal’s South Panchla, a woman member of the BJP was paraded naked for contesting the panchayat elections. Is this less tragic than Manipur?

He said, “The only difference is that there is no video because the police and goons of Mamata Banerjee (Chief Minister) do not allow anyone to make a video.” ) and in Birbhum (South Bengal) two women were stripped naked and paraded through the village. He alleged, “A woman was paraded naked in the village on a donkey.” Majumdar further said, “Whatever may be the reason, there is no political reason in this, there is a different reason. It’s a different matter. But the manner in which the respect of women is being played with in West Bengal is worrying. He said that everyone is aware of the violence that took place in the Panchayat elections held a few days back in West Bengal.
He said that this violence has been associated with the politics of West Bengal for many years. He said that there was violence there even during the rule of the Left parties and in 2011, Mamata Banerjee had assured the people of Bengal after her government came to power that this violence would stop. “But nothing has changed, but violence has increased further under Mamata Banerjee’s government,” he said, claiming that 57 people lost their lives in violence in the panchayat polls. Chatterjee claimed on this occasion that the condition of Bengal today is similar to that of Manipur.
Referring to the incidents in Alipurduar (North Bengal) and Birbhum (South Bengal), Chatterjee broke down in tears and said with a heavy heart that West Bengal is also a part of India, as is Manipur. Where will our daughters go? We can’t do anything.” Chatterjee said that this is the condition of women in Bengal when the chief minister of the state is herself a woman. He also targeted Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi in the incidents of alleged atrocities against women in West Bengal and requested them to break their silence. He said, “The Congress has also joined Mamata Banerjee now. That is why both Sonia Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi are silent. These people cry in other states, but they are silent in West Bengal.
