Teenager blackmailed by making obscene photo video

Janjgir-Champa. The police arrested the accused youth who made obscene photos and videos of the girl, threatened her, raped her and demanded money and sent her to jail. The matter is of Akaltara police station. According to the police, Raju Yadav (21), a resident of Podi Dalha, first lured the girl into the trap of his love and then raped her by threatening her with the promise of marriage. During this, he took obscene photos of the girl and made a video. Started demanding money by threatening to post photos and videos on internet media. The girl informed her relatives about this and reached the police station and lodged a report against Raju Yadav. On which the police initiated investigation by registering sections 376, 376 (2) (s), 376 (3) 384, 506, 4, 6 POCSO Act, 66 (e), 67 (b) IT Act against the accused. The police arrested the accused Raju Yadav and presented him in the court from where he was sent to jail on judicial remand.
