Telangana: CM Revant will go to Delhi today! Approval sought from the high command for cabinet expansion

Hyderabad: Chief Minister A Revanth is likely to visit New Delhi today (Tuesday) to seek the approval of the AICC high command for the Cabinet expansion. Sources said the Chief Minister will leave for Delhi soon after flagging off a fleet of vehicles for use against drug trafficking at the Command Control Centre in Hyderabad. Sources said the Chief Minister, along with Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka, will meet senior Congress leader Rahul Gandhi, AICC chief Mallikarjun Kharge and AICC general secretary KC Venugopal. Leaders said the Chief Minister has recommended names of some of his close aides in the Cabinet expansion. Senior leader Komatireddy Rajagopal Reddy is already lobbying hard to get a ministerial berth.
