The accused who attacked Brijmohan Agarwal arrested

Raipur. Raipur Police has arrested the accused who attacked BJP candidate and top leader Brijmohan Aggarwal. The name of the accused is Mohammad Sajid Khan alias Chinto. Kotwali police arrested the suspect from outside Noorjahan Hotel. Let us tell you that Brijmohan Aggarwal was attacked late Thursday evening during election campaign in Baijnathpara.

The suspect was accused of trying to kill Brijmohan Aggarwal by holding his chest. However, the security personnel present at the spot surrounded Brijmohan Agarwal. Brijmohan Aggarwal had accused Mayor Ejaz Debar and Anwar Debar of conspiring to murder him. After the incident, BJP workers surrounded the police station. Late evening, BJP National Vice President Raman Singh also reached Kotwali police station. Hundreds of workers, including BJP candidates Rajesh Manath and Purandar Mishra, demonstrated outside the Kotwali police station late at night.

Senior BJP leader and Raipur South Assembly candidate MLA Brijmohan Aggarwal was suddenly attacked in Baijnath Para. After which Brijmohan Aggarwal along with thousands of his workers reached the Kotwali police station to lodge an FIR. Senior Chhattisgarh BJP leader and South Raipur MP Brijmohan Agarwal was attacked late on Thursday night. Brijmohan Aggarwal reached Baijnath Para, a Muslim dominated area, for his election campaign. Let us tell you that MLA Brijmohan Agarwal has been a 7-time MLA and this time also the BJP has trusted Brijmohan Agarwal and the party has given him the ticket to contest elections in the South Assembly. Late today evening, Brijmohan Aggarwal went on a tour of his South Assembly constituency with a group of his workers. As soon as Baijnath reached Para, some unknown people attacked MLA Brijmohan Aggarwal and his workers. More than 25 thousand Muslim voters reside in the South Assembly constituency.
