The battle with oneself: Be persistent, change the world

Bilaspur. We are going to enter a new year where everyone wants success, money, comfort. But some are successful and some just keep dreaming. The reason is very small but the effect is big – habits.

Habits make us, habits take us forward, habits are the path which is the first and last step of success. Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam says that we do not become successful in a day, our habits give us great success one day. In which we have to maintain our habits, then start by doing 11 days, 21 days, 40 days. This is not a number, it is a signal of our mind, whoever gets it starts doing it. Some time ago, a friend of mine took a resolution to see four-five recipes daily because she was very fond of cooking. Every day new recipes are seen on the internet, she tries to make the same vegetable in 20-25 ways and her habit took her to the top, today she has her own catering business, many people have got employment in it. One of my friends took a pledge to do selfless service everyday. He used to do one service everyday to humans and animals. Due to his habit, he used to serve anywhere because his time was not fixed. Sometimes he used to feed cows and dogs at Gaushala, sometimes outside the house, sometimes near the shop. Seeing him, people started supporting him and today he himself is running an NGO on social media.

It means that your small habits change your future. So by adopting these small habits, you can make your future better. 1) Getting up in the morning** Most people find getting up in the morning a very difficult task. But there are many benefits of getting up in the morning. You should sleep early every night and sleep after praying. You will gradually start getting up early in the morning.

Get up in the morning and give time to your mind and body. Do meditation and yoga. If your mind and body are strong, then every work will be good at the beginning of the day. 2) Make a list of tasks ** Whatever work you have to do every day, make a list after waking up in the morning, this will save your time, you will not forget any work and the work will be done on time.

Make a vision board for the new year in which you write what you want in this year, what changes you will bring and what habits you will improve, put photos related to it and look at it when you wake up in the morning so that you realize that I want this thing, whether it is to give a laptop or to top the class, change the business or learn something, definitely see the related photos and dreams and put up your vision board.

3) Stop unnecessary expenses **It seems small to read, but nowadays most of the people do more unnecessary shopping in unnecessary expenses due to online shopping and card shopping, such as not only money but also time, there is a problem in handling things, our time is also wasted in handling those things. Spend your money on yourself to learn something new, donate to good works of society, or save for the future. Many times, due to this habit, your loan keeps increasing. You have to take help from people and your will power also gets spoiled. 4) Read books ** Books have the ability to change life. Books are really a very good friend. Books contain the essence of people’s life. Make a habit of reading books daily. This will give you words and you will also get knowledge to speak and argue. Your reading power will increase and your knowledge power will increase.

5) Give time to family. Call it the effect of social media or cutthroat competition, today people are lacking time. People do not give time to their loved ones, the result of which is that not only diseases but also the power of the mind is getting weakened. Due to which diseases or extra affairs have started happening. These ruin us and are a big reason for defamation. People like it in the beginning but gradually it starts working as a toxin. You get stuck in the quagmire, due to which your time, money and family power also get weakened. If this is happening in your life then block it. These things may seem small to you but have the power to change your life.

6) Be thankful** God has given us a lot, so much oxygen, nature, beauty, beautiful body, good family, good parents, a lot of things.

Be thankful for all the things that you use, whatever God has given you, the more you are thankful, the more God will give you. Being thankful is such a process in which positivity increases in us, things around us are attracted which are good for us.

7) Learn something new **It is said that the more you use the brain, the more it develops. Do not limit the brain to a few things, learn new things, see new things, whether it is related to your field or your hobby, keep learning those things continuously and nowadays learning online has become even easier, so keep learning, learning increases your confidence.

8) Right behavior *If you take something from someone by lying or cheating, then your nature has such an effect that you will not get that thing even if you get it, you will have to suffer the consequences of your deeds.

Many people lie, tell small lies, earn money by cheating someone and in reality, you have to suffer the consequences of this earning, in some form or the other, someone in the family may get sick, suffer pain or you may get mental disorder, you will have to suffer in some form or the other. Every work should be done honestly. Our fight is not with others but with ourselves.
