Lucknow: The heinous act of two chaat seller brothers and their friend has come to light in Lucknow. The chaat seller brothers took a 15-year-old girl from Mall to Delhi and gangraped her along with their friend. The family was looking for the girl when she went missing. Meanwhile, the brother came to know that the girl was in Delhi. He returned to Lucknow with his sister. A report was filed at Mal police station. The police have arrested three accused.
The girl, a resident of the town, is a high school student. She was acquainted with Pradeep Rawat, a chaat seller from Madiyanv, who lured the girl and took her to Delhi. Pradeep gangraped the victim along with his brother Dilip and friend Manoj. When she protested, she was beaten badly. The girl has a brother who also lives in Delhi. The victim somehow contacted him and told him about the incident. The brother returned after rescuing his sister from the clutches of the accused.
A case was registered on November 6 in Mal Kotwali against Madiyanv resident Pradeep, Dilip and Manoj, accused of gang rape. On the basis of which the police started investigation. On Saturday all three were arrested near Saidapur intersection.
In another incident, Sagar alias Kshitij Kanaujia raped a 15-year-old girl in a hotel in Gomtinagar Extension, Lucknow by giving her an intoxicating drink, beat her when she protested and made a video of it. He exploited her several times by threatening to make the video viral. Police have registered a case against the accused Sagar alias Kshitij and arrested him. He is a resident of Vishalkhand. The accused is a law student.
