The death of a young black buck due to the negligence of the forest department
Baloda Bazar. Due to the negligence of the Forest Department in Baranvapara Sanctuary of Balodabazar district of Chhattisgarh, there is a constant threat to the life of wildlife here. A black young deer died in Rampur pasture room number 127. At present, the cause of death is not clear.
During the last 6 months, more than a dozen wild animals are dying in the district due to poachers or electrocution. One reason for this is also that the forest officials are not patrolling. About 100 black bucks were brought from other states to attract tourists to Baranvapara sanctuary. A few days back, the black buck was released from the enclosure into the forest. But deer are being killed continuously due to departmental negligence.
