The driver was reversing the bus, the girl got hit and died
Beggar. A 4-year-old girl studying in Saraswati Shishu Mandir, Siloti died after being hit by her own school bus. According to the information received from the hospital police post, Khyati Sahu, daughter of Yogesh Sahu, resident of village Tarragondi police station Bhakhara, used to study in class Arun of Saraswati Shishu Mandir, Siloti for 4 years. Yogesh told the police that she had reached Siloti by boarding a school bus at 7.10 am on Saturday morning. After reaching the class, she noticed that she had forgotten her slippers in the bus and she started walking towards the bus to get them. Then the driver of bus number CG 07 E 1418 was reversing the bus, during which the girl got hit by the rear wheel. Acharya informed the family members. The injured Khyati was taken to Dhamtari Christian Hospital where the doctor declared him dead. It is being told that the driver of the bus, Dhanesh Sahu, is a resident of village Chulgahan police station Ranitarai. After post-mortem the body was handed over to the relatives. The question arises that if the girl had reached the class then why did the school management or the teacher not see her while coming out. If any staff had accompanied the girl, perhaps this incident would not have happened.
