Egg is such a vegetable which you can make in very less time if you are a college student or one of those people who go to office and if you are getting late then you can make egg in very less time. Egg vegetable can be eaten with bread, rice etc. If you want, you can make more or less gravy in it, so let’s know how eggs and vegetables are made.
If you don’t know how to hard-boil an egg, how about hard-boiling it? If you can read then let’s start making egg curry, we need these few things:-
Material:-
Egg: 6
Chopped Onion: 2
Green chili: 4
Ginger paste: 1 tsp
Garlic paste: 1 tsp
Tomato: 2 (grind in a mixer)
Cumin: 2 pinch
garam masala

Chili powder: 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder: 1 teaspoon
Coriander Powder: 1 tsp
Garam masala: 1 teaspoon
Salt: as per taste
Oil: 100 grams

First of all, boil the egg, peel it and cut a little bit from the middle so that the oil does not get scattered while frying the egg.
- Now put the pan on the gas and put oil in it – then add chili, turmeric, black pepper and salt
- Then put egg in it and fry it for some time.
- Now put some oil in another pan or pan and after heating add cumin seeds and real garam masala.
- Then add onion and fry till it turns brown.
- Then add ginger, garlic paste, green chili, turmeric powder, chili powder, green coriander and fry it.
- Then add tomatoes and cook for some time.
- And when tomatoes are cooked well, make gravy by adding water to it and cook for 2 minutes.
- Now take the coconut powder in a mixer jar and grind it by adding some water to it.
- Then put it in gravy
- Now add fried egg to it and cook for some time.
- Now put garam masala and green coriander in it and our vegetable is ready.
- Now take it out in a serving bowl and serve hot with roti, naan or rice.
