Bemetara. A youth committed suicide by hanging himself a day before his marriage in village Dhanandhi of Nawagarh police station in Bemetara district. According to the information, the marriage of the deceased Surendra Sahu was to be held with the girl of Kawardha on Akshaya Tritiya tomorrow.

The marriage ceremony started at home after the family members invited the relatives. Meanwhile, the lover of the deceased Surendra Sahu called and threatened him not to marry. Surendra was horrified by the threat received on the phone and he took steps to carry out the incident. Relatives say that Surendra was very happy after the relationship was confirmed. He got involved in the wedding preparations with the family and also reached the house of his relatives to give the magazine, but who knew that someone could threaten Surendra like this. At present, the police have started investigation by establishing a marg.
