The murder took place over a land dispute, 4 people attacked with sticks and knives
Janjgir. Due to a land dispute, four people of Bamhanidih police station area had beaten a person from Khapridih severely with sticks, sticks and knives, due to which the injured person died during treatment. Police have arrested 4 people from the same village on charges of murder and sent them to jail.
According to the police, on January 21, a dispute broke out between two parties, Kholbahra Sidar of village Khaparidih and four people from the same village, Sunil Sidar, Phulsai Sidar, Madhuri Sidar and Santosh Sidar.
The dispute between the two parties escalated. Soon people from both sides started attacking each other with sticks, sticks and knives. Meanwhile, Sunil Sidar, Phulsai, Madhuri and Santosh came together and attacked Kholbahra.
Due to which Kholbahra suffered serious injuries and his family took him to Bamhanidih hospital for treatment and he died during treatment. After the incident, Kholbahra’s son Rinku Sidar complained about it to Bamhanidih police.
The police registered a crime against the four accused under section 302, 34 and detained them and interrogated them and Khapridih Sunil Sidar, Phulsai Sidar, Madhuri Sidar, Santosh Sidar has been arrested and sent to jail.
