The outbreak of cold wave increased due to dense fog in the plains
Shimla. There is a possibility of rain and snowfall for two days in many parts of central and high hills of Himachal Pradesh. Yellow alert of fog has been issued in the plains till January 14.
According to Meteorological Center Shimla, there is forecast of rain and snowfall in some central and high hilly places of the state on 16 and 17 January. There is a possibility of dense fog in Mandi, Bilaspur, Hamirpur, Una, Kangra, Sirmaur and Solan in the morning during the next two days.
