While returning home, Kawal Chhabra, business consultant and founder of Ludhiana Live, saw an old woman selling fruits on a cart. He came to him to ask about the prices of fruits and started chatting with him.

The 62-year-old woman said that she has been selling fruits for more than three years and spends 12 hours every day at the stall. When he was asked about his daily earnings, he told that he had earned Rs 100 that day. To help the elderly woman and give her happiness, the man bought the entire stock of fruits worth Rs 3,000.

This video has been viewed more than 5 million times since it was posted on Instagram. The man’s heart-warming gesture touched the hearts of social media users, who praised his kind gesture in the comment section.

An Instagram user wrote, “So proud Veere (brother). Another wrote, “This is what you call good use of money.” A comment on the post reads, “May you live a long life.”
