The woman asked for police protection

Vijayawada: A woman identified as Vijayalakshmi hailing from Bhimavaram alleged threat to her life from CI Y.V.V.L. Naidu and others.

In a video message which is going viral on social media platforms, she said that the former Kaikaluru CI Y.V.V.L. Naidu married her claiming that his first wife deserted him and subsequently cheated her by taking away her gold ornaments and cash. She said that when she lodged a complaint with the Eluru police, he was transferred and sent to vacancy reserve.

She alleged that she was receiving threatening calls from the CI and two others identified as Padma Reddy and Sandeep Reddy and sought the police to provide protection.
