Ayodhya (IANS). A shocking case has come to light from Uttar Pradesh. Here a young man threw acid on the girl with whom his marriage was broken.
As per reports, 25-year-old Raj Karan Sharma was left fuming over the refusal of the marriage. Actually Raj Sharma entered the girl’s house on the pretext of talking and when she came out, he threw acid on her.
After committing the crime, Sharma went out of the main gate of the house. However, the police have arrested the accused. The severely scorched girl has been referred to Lucknow Trauma Center in a critical condition.
Ayodhya IG Praveen Kumar said that the accused knew the girl and no force was used for her entry into the house. The accused was arrested on Tuesday evening. We will file the charge sheet in the court in two days and will get the accused punished in 15-20 days.
