Theft in general store, thieves entered by breaking the shutter
Janjgir. Theft has been committed by an unknown thief from the general store near Sagar Pond on the main road in village Nariyara of Mulmula police station area. The thief broke the lock of the general store and made away with the money, photocopy machine, computer and fancy watch kept inside. Shop operator Satyam Prakash Sonwani has registered a crime in the police station. Shop operator Satyamprakash Sonwani told that he had gone to his in-laws’ house on October 2. After returning from there, he was at the shop for a few hours and closed the shop at around 8 pm and went to his home. Next day on 3rd October, in the morning I saw that the lock of the shutter of the shop was found broken. Goods were scattered inside. The money and goods kept in the shop were missing. Incidents of theft have increased. Since the month of September, many thefts have taken place in the police station area. Rebar and iron and other items were stolen from the under-construction house of Omprakash Jogi, resident of village Muralidih, motor pump was stolen from Krashan in Banahil area, motor pump was stolen from the farm of Ramgopal Bharti, resident of village Jhilmili. On September 25, two mobile phones were stolen from a house near village Mulmula Gudi.
