Theft, jewelery and cash found in 12 houses

Rajnandgaon. These days the incidents of theft have started increasing in the city. On the intervening night of last Saturday-Sunday, unknown thieves committed thefts in Rewadih area of the city. Here the thieves broke the locks of about a dozen houses and committed theft. After receiving information about the theft, the police is busy searching for unknown thieves.

According to information, on the intervening night of Saturday-Sunday, unknown thieves raided the houses built under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana and committed theft in the Rewadih area of Rajnandgaon city. Thieves broke the locks of about a dozen houses here, while committing theft in some houses, they stole gold and silver jewelery and money. Thieves also attacked Tiwari Medical Store in the same area and stole approximately Rs 2.5 lakh. On receiving information about the matter, the police reached the spot and registered a case against unknown thieves and started searching for the thieves.
