Material
Potato – 1/2 kg
Salt – 1 tablespoon

Method
- First take potatoes. After this, peel all the potatoes thoroughly.
After this, take a slicer and with its help cut all the potatoes thinly like chips. Keep in mind that the slices of each potato chip should be equal.
Now take a big vessel and heat water in it. The vessel should be so big that all the cut potato slices can easily fit in it and there is also space for water. - Now fill the vessel with water and keep it on full flame on the gas. During this time also add salt to the water.
When the water starts boiling, add potato slices into it. During this time, keep the flame on high.
After adding potato chips, let the water boil once again. - When the chips are boiled well, take them out of the water and put them in an open place to dry in the strong sunlight.
