The IT action is continuing for the third consecutive day and in this raid, now people close to the former minister are also under the radar of the IT team. It is being told that so far more than Rs 2 crore in cash has been recovered from Amarjeet Bhagat’s hideouts. It is feared that after the completion of the raid, many more important revelations may be made.

Let us tell you that on the morning of January 31, the IT team had raided different places of the former Food Minister, which included his Ambikapur residence cum office, Raipur residence, Sitapur office, pipe factory. Along with this, the IT team had also raided the house of former minister’s PA Rajesh Verma and Amarjeet’s close police officer Sub Inspector Rupesh Narang and searched the documents.

It is being told that people close to the former minister are also coming under suspicion. This is why the IT team has also interrogated the engineer and CA. Not only this, since the morning of February 2, the IT team has also raided the Mainpat residence of Atal Yadav, close to the minister, and records are being searched here too.
