Some vegetables are also included in these things, which work to make gas in the stomach. You must have heard from your grandmother that vegetables like colocasia and brinjal make you stale, that’s why I don’t eat them. After listening, you must have never tried to know why vegetables like brinjal and colocasia become stale? What is badi? The word badi means the dirt accumulated in the body. If its quantity increases in the body, then many problems like indigestion, gas, breakdown of the body, lethargy have to be faced. Onion
Onions, especially raw onions, tend to trigger gas trouble. On eating onions in excess, they disturb the balance of hydrochloric acid and after that you have gas problems. In addition, onions are a rich source of fermentable fiber, which can cause bloating but can also exacerbate acid reflux symptoms. At the same time, it triggers some such reactivity in the stomach, that the digestive system gets spoiled.
Tomato
Raw tomatoes can sometimes cause gas formation. This is because raw tomatoes are high in vitamin C, which can upset the pH of the acid and trigger gas. At the same time, sauces, ketchup and soups made from tomatoes also trigger gas problems many times.
Jackfruit
According to Ayurveda, jackfruit is a grueling vegetable to digest. It contains a good amount of fiber, which is not easy for everyone to digest. Although this vegetable is rich in nutrients, it is never considered a good option for people with gastric problems. Along with this, it sometimes causes problems of constipation in people and also causes indigestion. So in this context people suffering from gas should avoid eating jackfruit.
Eggplant
Brinjal is also included in the list of badi vegetables. However, you need to note that it depends on the nature of your body whether it is badi for you or not. Brinjal can prove to be a harmful vegetable for many people. In fact, eggplant is a member of the nightshade family that may contain a toxin called solanine. An overdose can cause gas, abdominal pain, vomiting, headache, itching or joint pain. Along with this, this element can increase the problem of thyroid. For this brinjal should be eaten less.
Cauliflower and Cabbage
Consumption of vegetables like cauliflower and cabbage can increase the problem of your badi. Therefore, if you develop badi, do not consume cabbage and cauliflower. This increases your problem a lot.
Suran or Jimikand
Consuming Jimikand in excess can also cause its disadvantages. Actually, Jimikand contains fiber which takes time to digest and due to this many times people get constipated. At the same time, people have the problem of acid reflux while sleeping when they eat it at night. Not only this, people feel indigestion and lethargy throughout the day due to not having a clean stomach after waking up in the morning. That’s why never sleep after eating jimikand at night.
Potato
Many people do not like food without potatoes. Potato is the most favorite dish of Indians. This is made in many ways. But the consumption of potato can also cause complaints of badi. If you have a problem related to digestion, do not consume potatoes in excess.
Arabic
Arvi is also called vegetable of Ghuiyan. This is the favorite vegetable of many people. It can be made either dry or juicy. This vegetable looks very tasty with lentils, but people with gas problems should not eat this vegetable. Eating this vegetable can cause the problem of flatulence. If you like this vegetable very much and you still want to eat it, then add celery and eat it, it will not cause gas problem.
Raddish
Although radish is a vegetable eaten in winter, but it is found throughout the year in many parts of the country. If you like radish very much, then you can eat it in limited quantity in the form of paratha or salad. If you have gas problem after eating radish, then take celery with water. This will reduce your gas problem.
It is also not that you will always get gas from these vegetables as it depends on the particular conditions and health of the people. On the other hand, if you have gas problem after eating any other type of vegetable other than these, then you should talk to your doctor about it.
