Thief arrested with tractor engine and car, a minor included among the accused

Janjgir. Akaltara police of Janjgir-Champa have arrested 4 accused including a minor boy who stole a tractor trolley. In the case, the stolen tractor trolley, engine of the tractor used in the theft and the car, whose value is said to be around Rs 5 lakh, have been seized from the possession of the accused.

All the accused are residents of Bilaspur district. FIR has been registered against the accused in the case under section 379, 34 of IPC. Actually, on December 03, the tractor trolley kept in the barn was stolen. After which a report was written in the matter.

After the report was registered, the police came into action and started investigation. During this time, information has been received from the informer that the theft incident has been carried out by Sonu Khan, Jitendra Mahar, Samey Lal Kenwat and a minor boy of Bilaspur district. All four accused in the case were detained by the police and interrogated.

After interrogation, the matter of theft of tractor trolley came to light. The accused had arrived with the car and tractor engine, after which they dragged the trolley with the tractor engine. At present, the accused Sonu Khan, Jitendra Mahar, Samey Lal Kenwat and a minor boy have been arrested. In the case, 3 accused are in judicial custody while the minor boy has been sent to Child Observation Home Korba.
