This principal is no less than a beast, he is not desisting from his antics

Gariaband: This is the second incident within a week of a principal molesting girl students of his schools in Gariaband district. Dozens of girl students of Barigaon, Devbhog, along with their parents, reached the District Collectorate today and accused the District Education Officer Naveen Bhagat of molesting the Principal and touching him inappropriately.

The unfortunate thing was that 10 days ago the parents had given a written complaint to the Devbhog Development Block Education Officer, yet no action was taken against the accused Pracharya. On reaching the District Collectorate, the administration hurriedly asked for a copy of the investigation report going on in Devbhog and assured to take immediate action.

Earlier, an official of the district administration had said that about 25 girl students of the Government High School of Mardakala village under Mainpur police station area reached the Collector office here on Tuesday along with their parents and submitted a complaint against the Principal to the Collector. In the complaint, the students claimed that the principal had molested and misbehaved with them in the school on September 8 and that he had allegedly committed similar acts with them earlier also.
