This village is far from development even after 23 years, video exposes

Ambikapur. It has been 23 years since Chhattisgarh became a separate state. Governments make claims of development but even today problems persist in remote rural areas due to lack of roads. In such a situation, villagers are forced to carry the patient in a cot to the ambulance. One such case has come to light where a pregnant woman was made to lie on a cot and taken to the hospital. The video of this incident is going viral on social media.

This whole matter is of village Ranpur Kala of Surguja district. Dial 112 was called when a woman in village Ranpur was suffering from labor pain. Due to lack of road, Dial 112 was stopped about one and a half kilometers away. The family members carried the pregnant woman to 12 by carrying her in a cot for one and a half kilometres.
